Sfumature Metafisiche.
L’Universalismo di Rodolfo Viola
The paintbrush in his hands, the iconic pipe in his mouth and a dense cloud of smoke perpetually surrounding him during his incessant creative process.
These are the hallmarks of Rodolfo Viola, celebrated Milanese painter and first signer of the Manifesto of Universalism. Every object in his studio exudes that inexhaustible energy that Rodolfo pours into the metaphysical nuances of his works.
My photographs are meant to be a tribute to the greatness of one of the most influential painters of the Italian twentieth century, a fleeting glimpse into the inspiration of a Great Master.
